2. Service Description
TypeDash is a voice typing and drafting tool. It helps users create draft text from spoken input.
3. Accuracy, User Responsibility, and Safety-Critical Use
TypeDash is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or error-free. Speech recognition and text generation can produce incorrect or unintended output.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all output before use.
- You must not rely on unreviewed output for legal, financial, medical, compliance, contractual, emergency, or other high-risk communications or decisions.
- You are solely responsible for any messages sent, documents filed, or actions taken based on TypeDash output.
4. Accounts and Access
You may need a valid account to access some features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid features may be provided through subscription billing. Pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown at purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TypeDash to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
- Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TypeDash is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TypeDash and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TypeDash is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate or incorrect transcriptions, drafts, edits, or outputs, including messages or documents sent without your review.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TypeDash and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of TypeDash, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, or misuse the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
